Aisha Hinds is an American actor best famous for her role in the TV shows The Shield and True Blood. Since her first appearance in 2003 she has demonstrated her acting versatility by performing outstandingly in TV series such as 9-1-1 Detroit 1--8-7 as well as Under the Dome. Anna's character as a character in Assault on Precinct 13 was her debut big breakthrough. But it was her role as the women's rights activist Fannie Lou Hamer from the documentary film All the Way that finally brought her recognition as an actress. Hind also received high praises for her role as Harriet Tubman on WGN America's dramatic period drama series Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television announced that 9-1-1 will be renewed for another season. Hind finished the filming of Godzilla: King of the Monsters, a Hollywood blockbuster Godzilla: King of the Monsters which is set for release in mid-2019. When she was in her teens she was a student for five years learning classical music and dancing. Her favorite topic was zoology. Bachchan was studying architecture at the time she was crowned Miss World in 1994. The title helped her rise to the forefront of modeling. Her lucrative jobs with PepsiCo Inc. & Vogue magazine and the spokesmodel contract to L'Oreal Paris were all rewarded in 2003. With praised roles such as Iruvar (1997) as well as Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya (1997) the actress's acting career was off to an excellent start. Bachchan rose to prominence as a star in The New Bollywood because both films changed the Bollywood film genre on its head. Bachchan made her a queen of Bollywood through her performance as Paro the betrayed love in Devdas, (2002). Devdas was one of Bollywood's biggest successes. It was also the first film to screen at Cannes Film Festival. In the following years, she was praised for her role in Chokher Bal (2003) the intense film based on the novel of Rabindranathtagore. She was the first Indian to serve on the jury of the Cannes Film Festival. Bachchan played part of Gurinder Chedha's Bride and Prejudice. This ballet-based musical reimagining of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice is directed by Gurinder. Bachchan's star power and beauty made her the perfect choice for the first major English-language film. Prior to releasing Provoked: A True Story 2006 in English, she went back to Bollywood to star as a co-star in Dhoom: 2 (2006 smash success). She married Abhishek Bachchan, who is a co-star who is the daughter of Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan. This marriage brought two of India's most powerful personalities together.
